Ukriniurkoleguia participated in a round table of the Family Law Committee of the Advocates’ Association of Ukraine on key issues of application of assisted reproductive technologies.

26 April 2016 the attorneys of Ukriniurkoleguia participated in the round table on “Key legal issues of application of assisted reproductive technologies”, organized by the Family Law Committee of the Ukrainian Advocates’ Association. The participants discussed the following legal aspects of application of assisted reproductive technologies: the recent development of ART and their legal regulation, legitimacy of certain ART from the legal-ethical point of view, medical and family-law aspects of application of certain ART, foreign court practice and recent judgments of the European Court of Human Rights etc.
