Ukriniurkoleguia participated in a round table of the Family Law Committee of the Advocates’ Association of Ukraine on key issues of family law.
25 May 201624 May 2016 the representatives of Ukriniurkoleguia A. Yushchak, O. Romanenko, N. Soroka, O. Danchenko and A. Kalchuk participated in the round table on “Alternative forms of marital relations”, organized by the Family Law Committee of the Ukrainian Advocates’ Association. The participants discussed the concepts of family and marriage, non-property and property aspects of so called actual marital relations, conclusion of prenuptial agreements and key issues of civil partnerships.
