Ukrainian Legislation on the Rights of Refugees and Persons in Need of Additional or Temporary Protection in the Light of Ukraine’s International Obligations

The article deals with the issue of conformity of Ukraine’s legislation with its international obligations regarding refugees and persons in need of additional or temporary protection with consideration for recent changes in normative legal regulation.
