General Department

The General department of Ukriniurkoleguia is an integral link in our system of providing legal support to citizens and legal entities, which ensures due and timely certification of documents issued in Ukraine for further use abroad, as well as foreign documents to be used in Ukraine, performs high-quality translation of documents.

When necessary, the employees of the department carry out legal assessment of foreign documents (in particular, correctness of its formalization in order to be used in Ukraine), verify the document and provide the required explanations and consultations.

On behalf of our foreign partners and in case of applications of citizens residing abroad, the General department obtains documents from competent authorities of Ukraine and ensures their further certification for use abroad (legalization or apostilisation).
