Probate Law Department

Ever since its establishment, the matters involving both foreign and Ukrainian estates have become a hallmark of Ukriniurkoleguia.

The department continuously investigates hundreds of estate cases. Some of these cases are simple, with a will in favor of certain persons, while others are very complex and involve working with information obtained from archives, collection of documents and evidence to confirm the distant relatives’ entitlement to inheritance.

The Probate law department includes several territorial sections, namely the Canada section, the USA section, the section for Great Britain, France and Belgium, the section for Germany, Austria and Switzerland, the section for Australia and New Zealand and the section for the countries of the Middle East. Each department houses leading professionals in the area of national probate law of respective countries as well as international private law.
